RETURNS POLICY

 

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.



We will gladly process an exchange or return within 30 days.



Please kindly note that all shipping costs to send exchanges and returns to us are the responsibility of the customer. Customers must provide us with a tracking number for items sent to us for refunds or exchanges.



We will either exchange the item for another comparable item of your choice or, if preferred, refund the purchase price upon receipt. 

Please note that the book must be unread and in clean, saleable condition. 



We will refund delivery charges if you originally received a faulty product or if we shipped you the wrong item. Unless otherwise indicated, all exchanges will be sent out via standard shipping.

• Purchase Order Number

• Name and address

• Products being returned

• Reason for return

• What you would like to do (refund or exchange)
